1986: Founding of the XINHUA Metal by three companies.
1988: Low relaxation PC strand line put into production as first one in China.
1989: Started Export Business.
1992: Began manufacturing low-relaxation PC wire.
1993: Began manufacturing the unbonded PC strand.
1995: Certified for the ISO 9002 Quality Management System.
1996: Began trading stock through a listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (code 600782).
1997: Launched the Aluminum clad steel wire products
1998: Started manufacturing of overhead conductor.
1999: Merging one wire mill from Xinyu Steel, our main stockholder.
2001: Expanded the capacity of the PC strand. Launched the compact strand (Drawn strand).
2004: Second expansion of PC strand capacity.
2005: Continuous casting & rolling line was started.
2006: Complete the split share reform according to government's policy.
2007: Accomplishing directional increase to Xinyu Steel.
2008: PC strand capacity is increasing to 200,000 tons per year.
