      XINHUA Metal Products Co., Ltd., headquartered in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province of P.R. China, is a leading manufacturer of prestressing steel strand, aluminum clad steel wire, aluminum alloy conductor and other wire & cable products for construction, electrical utility, spring industry etc. in China. XINHUA Metal is one of the largest manufacturers of prestressing steel strand and aluminum clad steel wire in the world. XINHUA Metal has 50% shares in Shanghai SaiXin Electric & Optical Cables Co., Ltd, an optical ground wire (OPGW) manufacturer. The company’s stock has been traded in Shanghai Stock Exchange since 1996, with code number 600782. XINHUA Metal recorded consolidated annual sales of approximately 130 million US$ for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, and it employs 1000 people.

      The company was born from a vision to create a breakthrough in prestressing material technology in China. The company was invested by XINYU Steel, Vicwah Metal Product (Hong Kong) and JITIC in Xinyu City in 1986.

      Many large-scale project have used our material, such as: Shanghai Yangpu Bridge, Beijing Airport No.2 Terminal building, Oriental pear Tower in Shanghai, Three gorges project, LNG container project in Brunei, Singapore port, Jiangyin Yangtze Bridge, Sutong Yangtze Bridge, Hangzhou Bay bridge(36km long), 500kV transmission line in three-gorges, Qingshan Nuclear power station, Shanghai Grand Theater etc..

      XINHUA Metal is a ISO 9000 certified company since 1995.

      We are now working on an integrated system based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000.
